Through Allister’s honed experience and far-reaching expertise, Verticali has grown to manage over a staggering $3Billion dollars of Melbourne real estate assets. Allister’s continuous thirst for learning and driven character has seen him complete training to become a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Victoria in 2020, and has previously been invited by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) to sit on the Owners Corporation Chapter Committee.

Programmed to push boundaries and reset client expectations set by outmoded competitors, Allister is proud, passionate and enamoured with the Strata Industry, he is seen as a leader by his peers as he continues to help further the professionalisation of the industry.

His career debuted at the ripe age of 18 in an ‘Off the Plan’ Project Marketing roll for one of Australia’s leading Real Estate Agencies. Allister’s tenacity stood him in good stead to support an elite team of salespeople, who were recognised as the top 15% in their field in the country at the time. Here, he learnt from the best of the best.

This first role in Real Estate was the initial exposure, taste and tour of vertical living that would continue to define the underlying niche of Allister’s expertise. The focus of this style of residential Real Estate only grew stronger throughout his career, reaching a crescendo in 2010 when he established OC Management Solutions now rebranded as Verticali Owners Corporation.

Mentored throughout his career by industry leaders, in fast-paced specialist firms it helped determine the nuances of Allister’s quintessential work ethic and professional approach, which he instills in his team today. Allister lives by high standards, distinguished results and thrives in the heat of a challenge.
