Our myCommunity web portal is a secure online portal linking best-of-breed community management and accounting software to end users such as owners, tenants and committee members – each with individual login profiles.
Once logged in members are able to access real-time access to information of relevance and complete a multitude of tasks at your own convenience such as:
- Log maintenance requests
- Update contact details
- Pay levies online (via credit card and Bpay)
- View live levy payment history
- Communicate with the Owners Corporation Manager and other residents
- View and download reports such as minutes, OC Rules, building manuals and insurance details
- View the corporations events calendar
Additionally; Committee Members are able to:
- View financial reports such as the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger transactions and Annual Budget
- View service charge/levy arrears details
- Communicate just with other Board members and the community manager
- Easily view other properties that they are a board member of which utilise the same software
